I picked up the linen waistcoat on a trip to Balbriggan earlier this year, and I’ve worn it far more than I expected. At first I thought it might be too tailored for day-to-day, but the linen feels so soft and breathable, and it gives even my simplest outfit (just a white blouse and jeans) a put-together feel. A friend stopped me at a garden lunch to ask where I’d found it she couldn’t believe it was Irish-made. I love knowing it was cut and stitched by hand here.
