Terms and conditions for events sign-up
1. Promoter
This prize draw (the "Draw") is promoted by Celtic Gent Limited, trading as Celtic Tweed, of 6 Balbriggan Retail Park, Glebe North, Dublin Road, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin, K32 Y954, Ireland (the "Promoter").
2. Eligibility
• Each event Draw is open only to individuals who personally attended the specific event selected in the Event field. Entrants who did not attend that event are not eligible to win it, regardless of whether they submitted an entry.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify attendance by any reasonable means and to disqualify, or withhold/reclaim a prize from, any entrant who cannot demonstrate they attended the relevant event.
• Subject to the attendance requirement above, the Draw is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected with the Draw.
• Only one entry is permitted per person, per event. Multiple entries from the same person for the same event will be void.
• Entry is free — no purchase is necessary to enter or win.
3. How to Enter
• Entrants must complete the "Join the Celtic Tweed Community" sign-up form in full, including selecting the relevant event from the Event field, and click "Enter the Draw" before that event's entry closing time.
• Entry into the Draw does not require signing up to marketing communications by email or SMS, and signing up to marketing communications does not enter an entrant into the Draw. These are separate, independent choices on the sign-up form.
• Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified at the Promoter's discretion.
• The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received due to technical failure of any kind.
4. The Prize
• A separate Draw is run for each event at which sign-up is offered. One (1) Celtic Tweed bodywarmer will be awarded as the prize for each individual event Draw.
• The style, colour, and size of the bodywarmer will be selected by the Promoter at its sole discretion, subject to available stock.
• There is no cash alternative to the prize, in whole or in part.
• The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or resold by the winner.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value at its sole discretion, should the advertised prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
5. The Draw
• The winner of each event's Draw will be selected at random from all valid entries received from attendees of that event, after that event's entry period has closed.
• The Draw will be conducted within a reasonable time after the relevant event, and the Promoter's decision as to the winner is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. Winner Notification
• The winner will be notified using the contact details (email and/or phone number) supplied at sign-up, within 14 days of the Draw.
• The winner must respond to claim the prize within 14 days of notification. If no response is received within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve entrant selected in the same manner.
• The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity and age before the prize is awarded.
7. General Conditions
• The reward cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
• By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the Draw.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Draw at any stage if circumstances arise outside its control, without prior notice.
• The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from a winner's acceptance or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
8. Data Protection
Personal data submitted through the sign-up form (including name, email, phone number, and birthday) will be used by the Promoter to administer the Draw. Email and SMS marketing communications about Celtic Tweed collections, events, and news are sent only to entrants who separately tick the relevant "Email" and/or "SMS" opt-in on the sign-up form; ticking either box is not required to enter or win the Draw, and an entrant may choose one, both, or neither channel. Data is processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available on request. Entrants may withdraw marketing consent for either channel at any time by contacting the Promoter or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, without affecting any Draw entry already submitted.
9. Winner's Name
The name of each event's winner will be available on request by emailing the Promoter for one month following that event's Draw.
