Celtic Tweed estimated delivery time and shipping fee vary per country. Your products will be delivered through the postal service or DHL, and are traceable at any time. Express deliveries are completed on the next available working day, before noon where possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an interactive text message advising of the expected delivery date based on your postal code. You will also have the ability to reschedule, reroute or conveniently collect from a DHL Service Point, via this text.


Should your purchase not meet your expectations, you may return the product(s) within 30 days after delivery for a refund or exchange. Products that are altered cannot be exchanged.

The return delivery docket that is enclosed with your shipment can be used to return your order, via the DHL system the goods can be collected at any of their listed delivery point.

Your payment will be refunded less the cost of your return €35.00 from Europe, and USA, from Ireland €10

Tailoring Service

Celtic Tweed are passionate about giving you clothing that fit perfectly. Additionally, we offer an in-store alterations service by skilled tailors that can do most alterations while you wait. If you want even more, you can choose to have items made through our Made-to-Measure service which is available by appointment or call our customer service centre to discuss at 01-8416144

Dear valued customers,

We are taking measures to ensure the safety of our customers and team so with this mind we are offering a virtual fitting service and will have your order delivered to you. This service is available Monday to Friday only. We will always endeavour to reply as soon as possible so please bear with us.

Please note to ensure the safety and welfare of our customers and colleagues, we have implemented Health & Safety precautions which will result in fewer people sewing and  processing orders at one time than usual. As a result, order dispatch may be delayed and there may be a longer lead time from the date of your order being placed.

Trade Fairs 2021

Unfortunately until further notice we will not be exhibiting at any further trade shows this year unless they are virtual.
